A safe box and a sitting area in the room and the comfy bed. Large own bathroom. Location just next door to beautiful gardens, the nature, and including a great community of foreigners who love San Agustin. The staff were excellent, the breakfast was amazing and good!

The location was stunning and beautiful, 19 miles to Pitalito airport, perfectly reachable. We ate at a reasonably priced restaurant for breakfast as well as dinner. Everybody was incredibly nice and amiable.

Marvellous and satisfactory breakfast with homemade bread and delicious eggs, exceptionally nice personnel. The rooms with shared bathroom. Awesome, beautiful location in San Agustin, really close to a big garden and Popayan and the beautiful surroundings.

It was an extra special stay for 3 nights. Everybody was amazingly nice and affable. The restaurant here was reasonably priced for breakfast as well as dinner, we both ordered excellent dishes.

The decoration of Hotel La Casa De Francois is exquisite and truly captures the charm of the region. The common areas are beautifully adorned with local artwork and traditional furniture, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated the easy accessibility throughout the hotel, with wide corridors and ramps that made it convenient to navigate with my mobility needs.

I would only ask for a better vacation experience for senior people if the children working there could offer more assistance with carrying luggage to and from the rooms.

Stayed in a unique cabin surrounded by gardens and coffee bushes. The menu had a wide variety of delicious dishes and desserts. Free WiFi and parking available. The hostel is located near a crossroads called "cuatro vientos". A nice breakfast every morning.

Hot showers? Who needs them anyway.

I absolutely loved the decoration at this charming hotel. The use of clay and bottles in the rooms gives it a unique and natural feel. The common spaces, like the patio, were perfect for sitting and enjoying the beautiful views. As a senior woman, I also appreciated that the hotel was accessible for people of all ages.

The only thing I would ask for is better service from the staff. It would be wonderful if the children working there could be more attentive and efficient in their duties.

We loved the hotel and San Agustin, had 2 pleasant days there. Location: the venue was close to the restaurant and mountains surrounding San Agustin and beautiful garden. Dined at Gato Pizza, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue. All the staff was helpful and excellent, settled our issues. The breakfast was amazing, had great meals.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at La Casa De Francois! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful during our stay. The ambiance of the little jungle area was so calming and relaxing. The food at the on-site restaurant was top-notch and definitely some of the best we've had in town. Our room, with its king-sized bed and spacious, well-equipped bathroom, was perfect for our needs. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Loved the secluded location, close to the center. Connected with nature. Hot water, comfy bed, very clean. Delicious food, helpful staff, saved my backpack.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location on top of a hill overlooking the quaint little town was stunning. The hotel facilities were excellent and the cleanliness was top notch. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they provided a delicious breakfast. Additionally, the hotel provided transportation to the archeological park, which was very convenient. the hotel is in a beautiful setting and offers a great experience.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

I came for 2 nights, stayed 5. Gorgeous place in a lush garden, with hammocks, lovely food, and a few resident cats and dogs. Staff is very nice. The whole day access to restaurant and bar is very pleasant. Had the place almost just for us which was also very nice.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
